Payments & Charges

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Venmo. Applicable state and/or local sales taxes will be added to your order total.

Product prices are subject to change without notice. While we aim for accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will contact you via email before your order is processed.

Shipping fees are based on the order’s value, size, and insurance requirements. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items; you will be notified before shipping.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, depending on stock availability.

• Items on backorder will ship as soon as they become available.

• Orders may also be placed via email at ukiyoconcepts28@gmail.com.

• You will receive an order confirmation once payment is received.

• Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (no PO boxes).

• A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.

Note: Oversized or heavy items may incur extra shipping fees. These will be communicated in advance.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved in writing prior to return.

• Final sale and discounted items are not eligible.

• Returns are for store credit or exchange only—no refunds.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and taxes.

• Additional shipping and restocking fees may apply for exchanges.

Returns without prior written approval will not be accepted.
